Advisors submited, directly to the HRADF, a report with regards to the independent valuation of the Asset (the “Valuation Report”) taking into account the value of the rent, which the concessionaire would have to pay for the lease of Markopoulo Complex, as well as the lease of certain movable assets belonging to ODIE and related to horse racing and horse betting activity.

Services Provided:

  • Overview and evaluation of the necessary information for the Horse Racing and assets requested from and provided by the HRADF and its financial and legal advisors
  • Analysis of the provided information and conduction of an asset evaluation using appropriate evaluation methodologies, including an assessment of the discounted cash flow
  • Preparation of the evaluation report in English including Greek translation, which analyzes in detail the approach, the data and the assumptions used and presents the results of the above-mentioned analysis.
  • Preparation of a summary of the evaluation report in Greek and English.
