Enhancing and improving efficiency of EKO by removing restrictions on the management of employee performance and reducing the unit labor costs and the high number of workers
The objective of the current project, which comprises the third phase of a larger plan, is to review the institutional framework for the work of trade through the adoption of a new and modern remuneration system, the composition of a modern and flexible Internal Labor Regulation as well as the harmonization of the compensation and benefit systems between ΕΚΟ and HF.
In order to achieve this goal, the following actions were prerequisite:
• The design and implementation of specific action before the expiration of the National Collective Labor Agreement (31/12/2012) and the commencement of negotiations
• The identification of steps that should be implemented during the negotiation
