Description
The purpose of this project was the provision of consulting services to Hellenic Petroleum, for improving the competitiveness of EKO Cyprus with the aim to:
• Document the existing framework of employee relations and wages
• Benchmark the labor unit costs
• Propose a plant in order to rationalize the cost and
• Design a new organization structure
• Asses the financial benefit of the new organization struct
