Description
The project included an overview and redesign of central operations procedures and an overview of compliance with Group rules. More specifically, the object of the project included:
- Redesign of basic procedures of the central services
- Review of the key roles of each central service
- Organization dimension regarding staff number and profile
- Identify appropriate modifications to the systems that will allow and support organizational change
