Description

The project included an overview and redesign of central operations procedures and an overview of compliance with Group rules. More specifically, the object of the project included:

  • Redesign of basic procedures of the central services
  • Review of the key roles of each central service
  • Organization dimension regarding staff number and profile
  • Identify appropriate modifications to the systems that will allow and support organizational change
