Budget & Control System

The analytic budgeting and control system is essential in the direction of creating the prerequisites so that the sub targets of the various organizational units converge towards the general directions set forth by the management team.  The scope of this work is:

1. To design an analytic annual budgeting and control system that will allow Hellenic American Union & College to budget revenues and costs per profit or cost center according to the general directions set forth by the management team and the above medium term business plan
2. To indicate the software development needs to bridge the annual budgeting and control system with the existing ERP
3. To oversee the implementation of the system
4. To perform quarterly monitoring of actual data and divergence from budget
