The aim of the project was to review the current activities of the Group and to identify and assess the opportunities arising both in markets where the Group is already present as well as in "new" markets with a high potential and level of attractiveness.
Kantor’s services were focused on two pillars, with their corresponding tasks:
1) Existing HELPE Business Analysis:
- Review of the Group’s current status and identification of existing Lines of Business (LoBs)
- Review of HELPE’s Business Plan
- Workshops for collection/ recording of data
- Special Weight Analysis (SWA), based on calculating the ratio between LoB revenue divided by the Group revenue and the the LoB gross margin
- Attractiveness Analysis on intra-product and intra-segment level
- Mapping between SWA & Attractiveness Analysis
2) Identification and Evaluation of potential new targets:
- Identification of new potential targets
- Assessment of potential targets
- Identification of Key Attractiveness Indicators (KAIs)
- Attractiveness analysis
