Review of operations for a petroleum firm

We reviewed and benchmarked the support operations for a leading player in the petroleum sector, designed a new organisational structure which was better aligned to the business model and set up new corporate/business support architecture. Our in-depth definition of the new organisational support covered structure, processes and systems. A detailed implementation and communication plan was put together for roll out.

Design of new production management and costing system for a commercial manufacturer

We designed a new production management and costing system for one of the world’s largest commercial refrigerator manufacturers. These systems were developed initially for the company’s flagship plant and subsequently for roll out across the group. As a result, production lead times and stock levels were reduced by as much as 50% for some product lines.
