Performance diagnostics of an industrial company
We carried out performance diagnostics of the entire value chain of a leading mining and industrial minerals company. Based on the results, we redesigned their planning system and their open-pit and underground mining operations, resulting in a twofold increase in the operation’s added value.
Operations review of a commercial bank
For one of the top-three commercial banks in Greece, we completed a detailed operations review of all key areas of the value chain, from retail shops to back office operations. We redesigned the workflows for areas including cheque operations, payments and treasury back office operations. As a result, the bank significantly improved its cost/income ratio and made annual savings exceeding €100m.
