Kantor Athens is helping to refresh the sales network and strengthen the performance of one of the top-five flour mills in Greece through nationwide manufacturing and distribution operations. To this end, we have developed –jointly with the client- a “Kantor Sales Activation Programme” which sets out and follows a sales enhancement cycle and offers a series of tools developed by Kantor in order to revitalise a struggling commercial mechanism. The Programme consists of twelve steps, starting with customer base identification and market segmentation and proceeding to a series of initiatives. These include designing an appropriate offer for each client segment and reviewing sales force incentive schemes, so as to ensure alignment with company priorities. We are currently implementing the first three steps through continuous interaction of a combined Kantor-client team.
