SENIOR CONSULTANTS in the Private Sector

As a Senior Consultant you will participate and lead teams in implementing consulting projects in the Energy, Banking, Telecommunications, Retail & Industrial sectors for private clients. Projects include market design & reform, formulation of strategy, corporate finance, organizational & operational design / restructuring and change management. Your challenge is to contribute to the success and growth of our company by developing and delivering effective and value-adding solutions to our clients. The personal attributes and traits we are seeking include self-motivation and enthusiasm, creativity, ability to assume responsibility and work in teams, strong resolve, and high effectiveness. You must also have an excellent educational background and a record of professional achievement.

To be considered for one of the positions you must have:

• A first class degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics, and a relevant postgraduate degree or MBA from a top class university;
• At least 4 years consulting experience in the private sector;
• A very good understanding of companies’ financials
• Very good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Fluency in Greek and English;

Prior experience in the banking sector will be considered an advantage.

In addition, you must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills, outstanding verbal and written communication, excellent project management skills and a strong drive to deliver high quality results.
