Qualifications and Skills

University degree at Masters level or a minimum 5 years of professional experience in the area of communication or a relevant, directly related discipline.

General Professional Experience

Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate professional experience in the field of communication, media relations and/or public relations in an international context.

Specific Professional Experience

Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in the development and implementation of communication strategies.

Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate professional experience in social media, web design, editing, publication, dissemination and/or the design of web pages (content).

Proven minimum of 1 year of post-graduate professional experience in event organisation and management of international events, preferably in the energy sector.

Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate professional experience in the planning and implementation of EU-GCC cooperation events (conferences, workshops, etc.) is an advantage.

Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
